As a seasoned Product Manager and Development Manager, I have honed my skills across various industries, from fashion to tech, bringing a customer-centered innovation approach to the product development lifecycle. My ability to manage the entire process from ideation to launch ensures that each product not only solves real problems but also delivers significant value to users.

I excel in leading cross-functional teams, building strong roadmaps, and developing products that align with both market trends and customer needs. My expertise spans across several key phases of product development:

• Ideation & Concept Generation: I lead market research, create user personas, and analyze competitors to identify opportunities that solve customer pain points. I utilize SWOT analysis, trend forecasting, KPIs, A/B Split Testing, and data-driven insights to ensure our product ideas have a clear competitive edge and are positioned for success.

• Concept Development: I focus on setting a clear value proposition and building comprehensive strategies for market positioning, distribution channels, and roadmaps, ensuring that every product launch is well-prepared to meet consumer demand.

• Prototyping & Development: From low-fi to high-fi prototypes, I guide the team through UX research, design systems, and early-stage testing, working closely with product designers and engineers to mitigate risks before full-scale development.

• Iteration & Testing: As the product evolves, I manage iterative processes, balancing design and development needs while ensuring that stakeholder feedback is incorporated effectively. I oversee product validation and Beta testing to ensure the final product is ready for market.

I have led product development teams in diverse sectors, including fashion, tech, and beauty. For example, I spearheaded the development of Tropical Roots®, a hair care brand, and also led the creation of 4 Naturals, guiding the full product development process for 12 new products. From working hands-on with chemists in the lab to leading cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, software engineers, data analysts, and marketing departments. I have ensured every product met market needs, compliance standards, and exceeded customer expectations.
