I led the full product development process for 4 Naturals®, overseeing the creation of 11 new products from ideation to market launch. I worked closely with chemists to select ingredients, formulations, and fragrances, ensuring compliance with EU and Prop 65 regulations for global distribution.
As product owner and manager, I guided cross-functional teams, including outsourced developers and engineers, to build a seamless digital presence. I led the UI/UX design process and collaborated with the web team to optimize the online experience.
I also managed product testing to meet performance and safety standards, partnered with marketing for a cohesive go-to-market strategy, and coordinated with finance, purchasing, and vendors for timely delivery.
My leadership aligned internal teams and global partners to successfully launch the product line.
